Build me a self written LS RP style SA MP roleplay gamemode that feels like a classic Los Santos server.

I want the core server script, the database setup, and the pieces needed to run it cleanly for a small roleplay community. Please include the basic systems a player would expect, like character creation, login, saving data, jobs, money, vehicles, houses, businesses, factions, admin tools, and a simple progression flow. Make it practical and stable first, then polished.

If there are any missing details from the original project, keep the structure simple and fill in sensible defaults. Also make sure it can work with the UCP and the custom models package if those are needed. If you need to check current SA MP or Pawn docs online, go ahead and do that.
