Build me a simple web app where I can paste a YouTube link and automatically find the most replayed moments from that video, then turn those moments into short clips I can download. I want it to feel beginner friendly, with a clean page that shows the video title, channel, thumbnail, and duration, then lets me scan the heatmap, preview the best segments, select one or more, and create clips from them. It should also let me manually enter a start and end time if I want a custom clip.

Please make the output work well for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok, especially vertical video, but also let me choose square, widescreen, or original ratio. Add crop options for normal center crop and split layouts for gameplay with facecam on the left or right. If subtitles are turned on, use AI transcription and let me pick model size, font, and subtitle position. Make setup easy on Windows with a start script, check for FFmpeg, and save finished clips as MP4. Look up current docs online if you need to.
