Build me a small desktop app for macOS and Windows that acts like sticky notes you can keep on top of everything, but they stay invisible when I share my screen or record my display. I want the notes to feel private and local, with no account, no cloud, and no tracking.

The app should live in the menu bar or system tray, start with a note near my cursor, and let me create, hide, reopen, rename, delete, resize, move, and color notes. I also want controls for opacity, text size, a code style font option, pinning notes on top, and a click through mode so I can interact with other apps behind them.

Please save everything locally so notes come back when I relaunch, and include a Notes Manager where I can see all notes, search through them, and import or export a backup file. Add keyboard shortcuts for the main actions too. If you need current docs for Electron or platform behavior, look them up online first.
