Build me a local first AI image and video studio for Windows that runs on NVIDIA GPUs and feels like a real desktop app, not just a demo.

I want a clean Pro mode for normal use, plus a more experimental lab mode for testing image, inpaint, ControlNet, enhancement, segmentation, and video workflows. The app should let me create generations, manage models and folders, keep prompt and workflow state, show logs and runtime info, and save outputs locally.
