Build me a local first personal AI assistant called ULTRON that can act as a runtime for tasks and automations on my own machine.

I want it to have a backend that keeps track of tasks, state, and history, and a simple frontend orb that shows what the assistant is doing in real time. It should be able to queue work, pause, resume, recover after interruptions, and send live updates to the UI. It also needs browser automation for public websites in isolated task specific sessions, plus native desktop controls for macOS with approval required for sensitive UI actions. Keep the core logic on the server side, with tools as the only way the assistant actually touches devices. Use SQLite for local storage, and make it work cleanly on a local dev setup with a health endpoint, docs, and separate frontend and backend runs.
