Build me an interactive Iron Man style holographic orb assistant that runs in the browser and feels futuristic and responsive.

I want a glowing 3D orb with floating sci fi details, subtle motion, and polished effects, and I want to be able to spin and zoom it with the mouse or touch. It should also use my webcam so I can control it with hand gestures, like pinching one hand to rotate it and using both hands to zoom in and out. Add simple keyboard controls too, including reset and gesture toggle.

I also want a voice chat panel that can talk to Gemini. There should be a mic button for speaking, the app should read replies aloud, and if voice recognition is not available it should still let me type and chat normally.
