Build me a clean, responsive healthcare admin dashboard like the design shown in this repo and the Adobe XD link. I want it to feel like a real patient management screen that a clinic staff member could use.

Please make the main page show a patient list on the left, and when someone clicks a patient it should update the rest of the dashboard with that person’s details, including personal info, emergency contact, insurance info, and key health stats. In the main area, show diagnosis history with a simple blood pressure chart for systolic and diastolic readings, plus cards for respiratory rate, temperature, and heart rate. Add a top navigation area for overview, patients, schedule, messages, and transactions.

Keep it frontend only, polished, and easy to use on desktop, tablet, and phone. If there is no real backend available, use realistic mock data but structure it so it could later connect to an API. Please wire up the interactions so it actually feels usable, not just a static mockup. You can look up current docs online if needed.
