Build me a SaaS for veterinary clinics in Chile, with each clinic having its own private data and login. I want a public booking page where anyone can request an appointment without signing in, and then the clinic can confirm it later.

Inside the clinic dashboard, I need an agenda with appointment blocks, a table of appointments I can edit, pets and owners management, and a way to create a pet and a new owner in one step. Each pet should show its full clinical history automatically, including past and upcoming appointments. I also need appointment checkout with payment amount, receipt or invoice, payment method, who received the payment, and an optional photo proof that can be added later.

Add a global admin area to manage clinics, plans, payments, suspension or activation, and an audit log for sensitive actions.
