Build me a Chrome extension for Upwork that watches my job feed in the background and alerts me as soon as new jobs show up.

I want it to use my existing Upwork session, so there’s no separate login, and I want a simple settings page where I can turn it on or off, pick which feed to watch, control notification sound and volume, and choose whether new jobs should automatically open the proposal page. It should show clickable desktop notifications, keep a badge on the extension icon for unseen jobs, and make sure I never get the same alert twice.

Also add working hours scheduling, so it only notifies me during the times I choose each day, and saves anything outside those hours for later. I’d like a place to save reusable cover letter text too, and have it auto fill when I open an apply page. Use a clean modern React UI with dark mode and compact or detailed job cards.
