Build me a web app where people can join a shared room and pool their devices together to run a big open model in the browser.

I want it to feel simple for normal users, one person starts a room, sends a link, and other devices join from their browser with no install and no account. The app should let people chat with the model, and also switch into a code mode where the model can make a small app, show a live preview, read its own errors, and fix them.

It should work across laptops, desktops, and phones, using direct browser to browser connections when possible, and it should keep working even if one device leaves. Make the whole thing run on the client side as much as possible, with WebGPU for compute and WebRTC for device connections.
