I want to build a web UI for the Hermes AI agent. I'm tired of using it just in the terminal and want a clean, simple web app that I can run on my server and access from my browser. The main thing is that it should be really lightweight—no heavy Javascript frameworks or complex build steps. Let's just use Python for the backend and some simple, vanilla JS for the front end.

For the interface, I'm thinking of a classic three-panel design. On the left, a sidebar for managing and navigating different chat sessions. The center panel will be the main chat window. And on the right, I'd like a file browser to see the agent's workspace, maybe with inline previews.

The chat input box should be at the bottom and always stay visible. It should have controls for switching AI models and profiles. It would be cool to have a little circular ring that shows my token usage, too. Make sure to add both a light and dark theme, and package the whole thing to run easily with Docker.
