Build me a self hosted netboot.xyz setup that gives me a clean network boot menu for installing operating systems and utility tools.

I want it to work for both Legacy BIOS and UEFI machines, with a simple menu that lets me pick common OS installers and bootable rescue images without having to hunt down ISOs. It should be easy to run from either Ansible or Docker, and I’d like the build output to be ready to serve from a web server or TFTP style setup. Please include sensible defaults, but make it easy to override the mirror URLs and menu text for my own environment.
