I need a Windows desktop app that acts as an advanced proxy client, mostly for gaming. The main thing is that it should let me tunnel traffic from specific applications only. For example, I want to select a game's .exe file and have just that one program use the proxy, while my web browser and other apps use my regular internet connection.

The tool should support connecting to a bunch of different modern proxy protocols like Shadowsocks, VMess, VLESS, and WireGuard. It also needs to have a mode that creates a virtual network adapter to capture all traffic, and maybe a way to share the connection with other devices on my local network. It's really important that it's optimized for gaming, so it needs to handle UDP traffic well to avoid connectivity problems in online games. Let's build it in C# for Windows.
