Build me the Gate Zero event marketplace app from this repo so it feels like a real product people can use end to end.

I want users to be able to sign up, browse and filter events, open event pages with all the important details, pick tickets, pay securely, and get a QR ticket they can use later. Customers should also have a simple dashboard for their upcoming and past orders, saved events, receipts, refunds, notifications, and account settings.

I also want organizer tools so someone can onboard as a verified organizer, create and publish events, track sales and revenue, manage promo codes and affiliates, message attendees, export CSVs, and scan tickets at the door. Include the admin area too, with moderation, reports, payouts, refunds, and a full activity log.

Use the existing app structure and data layer, keep the design clean and bold, and make sure the main flows actually work. Look up current docs online if you need to, and finish with the app ready to run locally.
