Build me a local app called WUPHF that opens in the browser and feels like a shared office for AI teammates.

I want to run one command and see a workspace where different agents like CEO, PM, engineers, designer, and sales can all work together in one place, share context, and keep going in the background. Make the app support a web based UI first, with a simple onboarding flow, a chat style office view, a visible team list, and a composer where I can give tasks. It should work with Claude Code by default, but also let me switch to Codex or a local model if I want. Please include the built in shared memory idea too, with personal notebooks and a team wiki that agents can read and update over time.
