nextcloud/all-in-one ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted Nextcloud setup that is easy to install and manage with Docker. I want a simple web interface that walks me through starting the main Nextcloud instance and the common extras like database, cache, backups, preview generation, and optional office and talk features.

Please make it feel like a one stop installer for someone who just wants to run Nextcloud without having to wire everything together by hand. It should support easy updates, backups, restore from backup, and basic health and status checks. If possible, make it work cleanly behind a reverse proxy and let me run it locally or on a public server.
