Build me a clean Mac dotfiles setup for my home folder that I can clone and install in one command.

I want it to set up a sensible shell experience with zsh and oh my zsh, include a way to keep my personal machine specific settings separate, and make it easy to add local PATH changes, aliases, and custom functions without editing the shared files. It should also handle common config files for git, vim, tmux, bash, inputrc, wget, curl, ctags, and a few other everyday tools.

Please include a simple install and update flow, something like a make based bootstrap that can copy the files into place, show diffs before overwriting anything, and also pull in any needed shell plugins or themes. If it makes sense, add a script for applying sensible macOS defaults and a Brewfile so I can install common Homebrew apps and command line tools. Keep it practical and easy to use on a new Mac.
