Build me an Obsidian plugin that lets me generate and rewrite notes with AI right inside my vault.

I want it to help with things like brainstorming ideas, making titles, summaries, outlines, and full paragraphs from my existing notes or the current note I am editing. It should support a flexible prompt setup, let me save reusable templates for common writing tasks, and make it easy to pick or switch between different AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and local models. If possible, include a way to set provider details in note frontmatter so different notes can use different settings.

Please make it feel smooth in Obsidian, with commands I can run from the palette and a simple way to insert generated text back into the note. If there are any current docs or best practices I should follow for Obsidian plugins or AI provider APIs, look them up online and use them.
