Build me a modern IRC desktop app inspired by HexChat, but cleaner and more polished.

I want it to connect to IRC servers, let me join channels and chats, and make it easy to switch between servers, channels, and private messages. It should feel fast, support a dark and light look, and work well on different window sizes, including smaller screens. Use a modern React based interface with a Tauri desktop shell, and keep the app cross platform for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
