Build me an Android app for studying Anki flashcards, like the current AnkiDroid project this repo points to.

I want to be able to open the app, see my decks, review cards, flip a card to see the answer, and choose how well I remembered it so the app schedules it again later using spaced repetition. Please include the basic flows someone expects from Anki on a phone, creating or editing simple cards, browsing decks, and keeping review progress saved locally.

The README here says the project moved to the AnkiDroid GitHub repo, so please use that as the source of truth and look up current docs online if you need to. Make it a working Android project I can build and run, with clean screens and sensible defaults rather than just placeholder UI.
