I need you to build an expert prompt engineering assistant for me. The idea is a tool that helps me write perfect prompts for other AIs so I stop wasting time and credits. I'm not a pro at this, so I want something that takes my simple requests and makes them great.

For example, I could say "make a Midjourney prompt for a futuristic city" or "I need a prompt for ChatGPT to summarize an article," and it should figure out what I really mean. If my request is too vague, it can ask me a couple of smart, targeted questions to get more detail, but it shouldn't be annoying about it.

Then, it should generate a sharp, efficient, and well-structured prompt that’s optimized for the specific tool I'm using, whether it's for generating images, writing text, or even coding. It should also be able to take a bad prompt I've written and just fix it. The goal is to get the right result from any AI on the very first try. Let's build this as a skill I can use inside Claude.
