Build me a macOS app that works like i3, with keyboard driven tiling windows and workspaces. I want it to feel fast and simple for power users, with a tree based layout, easy workspace switching, and good support for multiple monitors. Please make the settings editable as plain text so it fits nicely with dotfiles, and include a command line interface with helpful commands and shell completion.

It should avoid needing me to disable SIP, and it should use its own workspace behavior instead of depending on macOS Spaces if that gets in the way. I’d like it to be something I can use every day on a real machine, with sensible defaults, documentation, and a clean install path. If you need to check current macOS docs or best practices while building it, go ahead and look them up.
