Build me a simple app called Regradar that helps track regulatory updates from different sources and shows which target groups they affect.

Each item should have a clear title, short summary, original link, and any labels that help me understand who it matters for. If possible, make it easy to add or update sources later, and include a basic dashboard so I can quickly see what is new.
