niko1221/strata ? reverse-engineered prompt

Set up Strata on my PC for me, and use the docs in this repo to guide the install. I want it to run locally on Windows or Linux, pick the right model for my hardware, and get the web app working at localhost so I can chat with it right away.

Please check my GPU, RAM, and free disk space first, then choose a model that fits and enable image input if my machine can handle it. If there are a few setup choices, pick the recommended ones for me. After that, install everything, start the service, and tell me exactly how to open it in my browser and how to connect other apps or coding tools to it.

If anything is unclear, look up the current docs online and keep going. If the download or setup can be resumed later, make sure it can.
