Build me a macOS menu bar app called Tardy that helps me never miss a meeting.

It should read my events from the built in macOS Calendar app, then pop up a full screen alert right before a meeting starts with a blurred background, the event name, a countdown, and a button to join the call. If it finds a Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, or other meeting link, the button should open it. If there is no video link, it should try to find a dial in number instead.

I also want snooze for 2 minutes, a few alert sound choices with preview, and the option to trigger the alert 1 minute, 30 seconds, 15 seconds, or exactly at event time. It should run quietly in the menu bar, start automatically on login, and ask for Calendar permission on first launch. Please make it work with multiple calendars, ignore all day events and declined invites, and keep updates in sync when events change. If needed, look up current Swift and macOS docs online before wiring it up.
