nilbuild/page-mascot ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a small React component called page mascot that I can drop into a page, and it should feel playful and alive.

I want a mascot that follows the cursor with its eyes or head, then blinks or reacts when I click or poke it. It should work from two sprite sheets, one for looking around and one for reactions, and I should be able to point it at image paths in my app. Make it easy to size, give it an accessible label, and let it accept a class name too.

Please also include a simple demo page so I can see it working, and make sure it respects reduced motion and does not track on touch or when a fine pointer is not available. If you need to look up current docs online, go for it.
