Build me a simple web app for sports betting and live match tracking.

I want users to be able to create an account, log in, browse matches, place bets before a game starts, and see their bets and results in one place. The app should also show live scores and match updates as they come in, with a clean dashboard that feels easy to use. If possible, include a basic admin area or back office where match info and live comments can be updated manually.

Use the existing PHP and MySQL setup, and keep the front end simple with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Make sure the app works well on the web first, since the mobile app and desktop app can come later. Set up the database tables, the main pages, and a working flow for registration, login, betting, and score display. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.
