Build me a Thai online work attendance system for an organization. Staff should be able to log in, check in and check out, choose whether they are working from home, at the office, on official duty, on site, or on leave for planning, add a short work note, upload proof photos, and save GPS location automatically. They should also be able to see their attendance history, update their profile, change password, and plan their weekly work schedule.

Admins need a dashboard that shows today’s attendance overview, who hasn’t checked in or checked out, tomorrow’s work plans, monthly calendars, individual staff history, reports with filters, and export to Excel or PDF in Thai. Admins should also manage users and departments.

Please make it a clean responsive web app in Thai, with secure login, role based access for staff and admin, file upload limits, and Docker setup for local development. Use the stack from this repo, and look up current docs online if needed.
