Build me a Python CLI called cursor harness that helps run an autonomous coding workflow with Cursor in a simple, reliable way.

I want it to support three modes, greenfield for new projects, enhancement for adding features to an existing app, and backlog for turning Azure DevOps work items into tasks. The tool should use a two step flow, first an initializer session that sets up the repo, creates the feature list, initializes git, and writes a startup script, then a coding session that comes back with a fresh context, reads the progress files and git history, works on one feature at a time, runs tests, and updates progress as it goes.

It should also validate work with tests and a secrets scan, and have some basic infrastructure healing for things like Docker or databases when needed.
