Build me a monorepo for my personal site and a couple of small subdomain sites.

The main site should be a clean modern personal homepage for starkow.dev, with a place for posts, a shoutbox style reaction feature, and a simple way to show emoji reactions as image files when possible, with a normal emoji fallback if the image does not load. I want the reactions to be pre rendered from Apple style color emoji so everyone sees the same look.
