Build me a web app called clip.studio that helps people turn long YouTube videos into short vertical clips for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.

I want it to let me paste a YouTube link, pull the video in, detect good scene boundaries, and create complete 35 to 40 second clips that don’t cut people off mid sentence. Then I should be able to add animated subtitles in a few styles, including a flashy word by word style, a simple lower third style, a classic caption style, or no captions at all. It should also support Hindi audio, either as Hinglish text or Devanagari.

Make it feel like a real studio with a settings page for API keys, local ffmpeg and yt dlp paths, and MongoDB connection info saved locally in the browser. Add options to export vertical or horizontal video, choose the crop focus, and if possible let me connect a YouTube account so I can publish or schedule the finished Shorts with titles, tags, descriptions, and hashtags.
