Build me a simple Python app that lets someone check how strong a password is and also generate a stronger one from a word they already use.

I want it to run from the command line with a small menu where I can choose to check a password, generate a new one, or quit. When I check a password, it should look at things like length, mixed character types, repeated patterns, entropy, and an estimated crack time, then give a clear result like weak, moderate, or strong with practical tips to improve it. It should also warn if the password shows up in common password lists or known breach data, and if possible it can optionally check against a breach API too.

When I generate a password, make it turn a base word into something much stronger with numbers, symbols, and random variation, then show the strength result right away. Keep it easy to use, clear, and secure, and look up current docs online if you need to.
