noarche/AutoPrompt ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple desktop app that helps me generate random AI art prompts.

I want it to have a bunch of checkboxes for different prompt categories, and when I click Generate it should combine a random choice from each selected box into one prompt with commas between each part. If I leave everything unchecked, it should still make a full random prompt. The main goal is to help me learn how to make better prompts by mixing and matching different styles and keywords, and I want the results to feel really random so I don’t keep getting the same thing twice.

Make it easy to use, with a dark theme if possible, and something I can run locally on Windows or Linux. It should be okay to paste the final prompt into any AI image tool. If you need to look up current docs online for any GUI or packaging details, go ahead.
