Build me a simple pothole detection tool using the weights in this repo.

I want something easy to run in Python that loads the provided YOLO model, takes an image of a road, detects potholes, and shows the result with boxes drawn on the image. Please use the best weights by default, and make it simple enough that I can swap in a different image path if needed. If it helps, include a small example script and clear install steps for anything required.
