Build me a sleek, minimal desktop shell for Wayland that feels like one cohesive experience instead of a pile of separate tools. I want it to sit on top of a compositor like Hyprland, Niri, or Sway and handle the shell side of things, not window management itself.

It should include polished bars for multiple monitors, a dock, app launcher, control center, notifications with history, system tray, wallpaper picker, lock screen, session actions, clipboard history, desktop widgets, and little on screen overlays for things like volume or brightness.
