Build me a Chrome extension and companion local app that lets Claude Code control a Chromium browser from the desktop, like the official Claude in Chrome feature, but without the site restrictions.

I want it to work in Chrome and other Chromium browsers, with the same browser automation tools, fast response time, and a simple setup flow where I can load the extension, register the native messaging bridge, and start using it right away. It should let Claude open pages, click around, type, read content, and keep a stable connection between the browser and the local server.

If it makes sense, include the recording and replay parts too, so I can capture browser sessions and use them later for imitation learning or testing.
