Build me a modern touch slider library for web apps that feels smooth on mobile and works well in modern browsers.

I want it to let me swipe through slides, support things like looping, autoplay, keyboard and mouse wheel control, pagination, navigation arrows, and a scrollbar. It should also handle common carousel needs like multiple slides on screen, vertical or horizontal layouts, lazy loading images, and a few nice transition effects like fade or 3D style movement.
