Build me a weird browser based fake desktop OS that runs from a single page, no backend, no install, just open the page and start clicking around.

I want it to feel like a cursed old Windows desktop, with draggable desktop icons, windows you can move around, and a few silly apps that open in place. Make one onboarding screen where I set my name in a funny way and save it so it remembers me next time. Add a feedback app where I can type something into a big mouth, feed it, and have it turn into a file on the desktop that I can open later. Also add a cookie banner that only shows once, a goofy AI helper that always acts like it knows nothing, and a right click delete action that is intentionally random and sometimes duplicates the icon instead of deleting it.

Keep the whole thing playful and janky on purpose, with loud retro styling and saved desktop state when I refresh. If you need to look up current browser docs online, go for it.
