Build me a self hosted AI video editing app that I can run locally and supervise in a web dashboard on port 6868.

I want to drop in a raw video clip, type a short description of the style I want, and click a button to let AI turn it into a finished MP4. It should handle transcription, writing the edit plan, adding kinetic text, karaoke style subtitles, beat synced zooms, sound effects, and assembling the final timeline automatically.

The app should show progress while it works, keep a render queue, and let me check or tweak settings before exporting. It should also support style presets with colors, fonts, logo, and tone, plus some kind of environment check so it can tell me what is missing and help install what it can.
