Build me a PS5 homebrew web dashboard for an already jailbroken console that I can open in the browser and use to manage cheat trainers for my installed games.

I want it to show my installed games and apps, let me filter and favorite them, launch a title from the dashboard, and load local cheat files from the PS5 filesystem. It should support trainer files like mc4, shn, and json, plus manually applying local XML patches. If possible, let me pick cheats from configured sources too, and turn supported cheats on and off from the browser.

Please include a clean settings page, logs and diagnostics, a first time setup flow, and some safety features so bad cheats can be flagged and not auto enabled again. It would also be great if it remembers per game cheat profiles and reapplies them when I launch that game again. Make it work as a local tool only, not for stock consoles, and look up current docs online if you need to.
