Build me an open source Claude Code plugin called NotFair for marketing audits and fixes.

I want it to let someone run simple slash commands inside Claude Code for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO. It should connect to Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads through a browser sign in, then remember the connection safely. The plugin should audit accounts, explain what is wasting money or hurting rankings in plain English, and give clear next actions.

For Google Ads, include an audit, campaign management, ad copy suggestions, landing page checks, negative keyword ideas, bid and budget suggestions, and a weekly review of recent changes. For Meta Ads, check pixel health, attribution, campaign structure, creative fatigue, audience overlap, frequency, ROAS, and scaling issues. For SEO, use Search Console data, crawl pages, find traffic drops, technical problems, keyword conflicts, title and heading issues, and give a 30 day plan.
