Build me a simple web app called AgroVision AI for farmers and agronomy users.

It should let someone upload a crop pest photo and get back a clear result card with the pest or disease name, a severity indicator, confidence, and some pesticide suggestions. If no API key is available, it should still work with a local model and just be more limited. If an AI API key is set, use that for better image analysis and fertilizer advice.

I also want a manual input tab where someone can enter crop and soil details to get fertilizer recommendations, and a yield prediction tab where they can enter basic farm data and see an estimated yield.

Keep the UI clean and easy to use on desktop, with a few simple tabs and helpful error messages when something is missing. Use the existing backend at localhost 5000 and the frontend at localhost 8080. If you need current docs for any library or API, look them up online first.
