Build me a lightweight native macOS app called GhostWriter that lives in the menu bar and lets me dictate text anywhere by holding the Right Option key. When I press and hold it, it should start listening, show a small glowing indicator, then when I let go it should transcribe my speech, clean up the wording, and type the finished text straight into whatever app my cursor is in.

It should feel fast and simple, with a first launch screen for entering a Groq API key, secure storage for that key, and the right macOS permission prompts for microphone and accessibility. I want the text to be polished based on the app I’m typing in, so it sounds casual in chat apps, formal in email, and more code friendly in an editor. Please build it natively for macOS in Swift with a clean modern SwiftUI interface, and if you need to check current API details or macOS docs, look them up online.
