Build me a simple TypeScript project called Secure. The README doesn’t explain much, so keep the scope practical and minimal.

I want a small web app that feels trustworthy, loads fast, and has a clean landing page explaining that it helps people keep important information safe. Include a basic dashboard style page with placeholder sections for saved items, recent activity, and account status, but don’t add fake complex security features unless they are clearly implemented.
