nullnet-app/contextmint-bridge ? reverse-engineered prompt
Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a browser extension called ContextMint Bridge that lets a local MCP server use my signed in browser tabs to make requests on my behalf.
I want it to work in Chrome and Safari, with a simple popup where I can pair the extension to a local server by comparing an 8 digit code, approve the exact sites and permissions it asks for, and later revoke access anytime. When a paired server asks for a request, the extension should run it from the tab I already have open on that site, using my own cookies and logged in state, then send the response back over a secure local connection on my machine.
Please make it feel polished and safe, with no telemetry, clear trust prompts, and support for the extension pieces needed for pairing, tab access, and background messaging. If you need to look up current browser extension docs online, do that. I’d like the project organized so it can be built and loaded locally for development.
