Build me a Windows desktop companion app with a cute cyberpunk girl named Capri living on the screen. She should wander around the desktop with smooth animations, talk back with a voice, and react when I click her or press a key to speak to her. I want her to listen locally, understand Spanish and English, and answer with a few different voice styles.
