Build me a wearable fatigue monitoring project for an ESP32 that reads ECG from an AD8232 sensor and body temperature from an MLX90614, then detects fatigue using an SVM based model. I want the device to show an alert with a buzzer whenever fatigue is detected, and to publish the sensor data and device status over MQTT so a dashboard computer can receive and store it.

Please also set up the data side so the numeric sensor readings can be saved for later monitoring and shown in Grafana, with support for multiple wearable devices if needed. If there are notebooks for training and testing the model, make them usable and easy to run, and keep the code clear enough that I can update the model later.
