Build me a desktop app for PCPanel hardware that turns the knobs, sliders, and buttons into real controls for my computer.

I want to plug in a PCPanel Mini, Pro, or RGB and immediately map each control to things like per app volume, mic mute, system audio device volume, media keys, launching apps, OBS scenes, Discord voice actions, and custom shortcuts. It should also have profiles so I can switch between work, gaming, and streaming setups, plus a base set of defaults that always works.

The app should show a simple on screen layout that matches the physical device, let me click any control to configure it, and preview lighting changes live on the device. It should live in the system tray and optionally show a small overlay when I turn a knob.

If it makes sense, add support for other controllers too, like Deej and MIDI devices. Keep it cross platform if possible, and look up current docs online if you need to.
