Build me a modern desktop email app that feels polished and fast on Mac, Windows, and Linux. I want it to let people connect mail accounts, read and search messages, compose replies, organize conversations, and switch between a few nice built in themes.

The big thing is that it should be easy to extend, so please make a simple plugin system for adding new inbox features and UI tweaks. If possible, include support for extra mail tools like snooze and send later, but it’s fine if those are optional and only work when the backend is set up.
