Build me a Docker based setup for Teamcenter 12 with Active Workspace 4.2, using separate containers for the Oracle database, the Teamcenter file and license services, the web server or pool manager, and a management console. I want it to be something I can bring up on one local network and use to test Teamcenter end to end, with a simple load balancer in front so I can scale to more than one web server later.

Please make it practical to run, with clear commands for building and starting each container, and volumes mounted so data, logs, and installed Teamcenter files persist. If anything needs extra setup or current docs online, look that up as needed. I’m fine with a rough but workable developer environment, as long as I can start the stack, open Active Workspace in a browser, and manage the servers through the console.
